Palisades Breakers Community Involvement

Current Inititives

Providing Lacrosse Scholorships: Other club’s that play against the Breakers traditionally scholarship between 5% to 80% of their players. To open the doors to more kids in Los Angeles Area, the Breakers aim to sponsor some of these scholarships. This will improve our competition and provide more lacrosse opportunities for everyone.

Middle School Fundraiser: The Breakers’ middle school teams will determine a cause for the year and raise money to support that cause. These causes will support the local community or support the lacrosse community.

Connecting Breakers to High School Lacrosse programs: Once kids graduate out of the Breakers, the goal of the club is to assist the transition into High School . This is done by having High School coaches come to the palisades and talk to our parents and kids about the schools and Lacrosse programs. In addition to this, a select few of our Breakers will have an opportunity to coach our younger teams. This opportunity is our last stage of development for our kids.

Sponsoring the Mens & Women’s UCLA Lacrosse: Every Spring, The club will attend one College lacrosse games for both men and women’s. In addition, we will assist their programs with fund raising by attending clinics.

Supporting the Local School’s & Recreation Centers: The program aims to support the schools that our kids attend and the Recreation Centers Activities. Recent supporting activities: Sponsored Corpus Christi School’s Golf Tournament, PALIWOOD Auction Gala 2023 & The Pali Recreation Center’s Halloween Event.
